Human rights & immigration

Our Human Rights practice is meant for persons whose human rights are infringed in a wide range of areas of law including actions against the police and public authorities, extradition, international law, inquests, prisoners’ rights and public and administrative law.

Human Rights and civil liberties practice include judicial reviews and arguments on cutting edge human rights issues, for instance relating to the social media.
