Much of our commercial litigation relates to corporate governance issues and the rights of securities/equity holders. We handle several disputes among stockholders of close corporations about matters including the interpretation of shareholders’ agreements, the resolution of deadlocks, the remedies available to shareholders, and the valuation of shares.
